Exile the Spydog. He is wearing a "Device Scanner" googles, holding a dog bone-shaped walkie-talkie, has a wrench in his left pocket, a touch screen computer in his left pocket, and wearing a belt with buttons that gives his cloaking abilities!

Sweet! Exile looks tight in that outfit. And by "tight" I don't mean "tight-fitting" I mean tight as in "cool".
